The auto parts retailer and repair shop chain ATU operates a large number of branches in Germany, where opening hours have to be adjusted regularly. To prevent customers or suppliers from finding themselves standing in front of closed doors, several systems have been in place to date, all of which have to be updated in parallel. 

The solution

CLOUDPILOTS was able to significantly optimize the process using a specially developed workflow. This rendered the previous systems redundant, and automation also reduced the possibility of human error.
